Negative pressure weighing room
The equipment is assembled from a working area, a return air box body, a wind box body, an air outlet box body, and a plurality of outer box bodies. The control panel is located on the front of the internal working area of the device. The control panel adopts a light touch type LCD control panel (or inverter), which can control the fan to start and stop, adjust the fan working condition, adjust the wind speed required in the working area, and have a differential pressure meter next to it. The filter's resistance is waterproof five-hole socket and light switch. There is also an exhaust air conditioning plate inside the air supply box, which can adjust the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.
Working principle:
The device adopts a vertical unidirectional flow of gas, and the return air is first pre-passed by the primary effect filter, and the large particle dust particles in the air flow are disposed of, and the pretreated air is passed through the intermediate effect filter. Secondary filtration to fully protect the high efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high efficiency filter is used to achieve the cleanliness requirements. The clean air is sent to the air supply box, 90% through the uniform flow air supply stencil, forming a uniform vertical air supply airflow, and 10% through the air volume adjustment board, the equipment is discharged. All airflows are treated by high-efficiency filters, so the air is supplied and the exhaust air is free of residual dust, which avoids secondary pollution. Due to the formation of a stable unidirectional flow in the working area, the dust emitted in this area will be trapped by the primary effect and medium efficiency filter with the air flow under the influence of the unidirectional air flow. The equipment has 10% exhaust air, which forms a negative pressure relative to the external environment, which ensures that the dust in this area will not spread to the outside to protect the external environment.
